This vast hall also features the staircase that leads to the first floor.

The mud room can be altered, as long as it stays within the monumental guidelines.
Beneath the elevated period room is the original cellar equipped with masonry cheese-vats. Copies of the original cellar screens were handcrafted and match those in the living room, the elevated period room, study, front door, and bedroom windows.

The renovated space is equipped with underfloor heating (adjustable per area) and windows (one high and one low) and French window doors with wooden shutters that you can close from the inside. The separate laundry room, equipped with mechanical ventilation, has a nostalgic kitchen unit with a granite countertop. Behind the curtains underneath the countertop are a few shelves for storage. The central heating unit (Nefit 2015) is neatly tucked away behind the door. The laundry room is fitted with the same natural stone flooring as the house.
